Data we access from Upwork

With your authorization, we read: your Upwork user id and organization list (to run searches in your context), and public marketplace job postings matching your agents' filters (title, description, budget, skills, posting dates, and the client's public stats such as payment verification, rating, hires and total spend).

Why

To find jobs matching your filters, summarize and score them for you, and send you notifications. We do not profile clients, enrich data from other sources, train models on it, or share it with anyone else.

Retention

Upwork job data, AI assessments and notification contents are deleted automatically after 24 hours. We keep job identifiers and links, your agents, destinations, profile and usage statistics until you delete them. Your Upwork access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Sub-processors

MongoDB Atlas (database), Redis hosting (queue), Anthropic (AI summaries; API data is not used for training), Slack and Telegram (delivery to channels you connect), Resend (email), and our hosting provider.

Your rights

From Settings you can export your configuration, disconnect Upwork, or delete your account; deletion removes all data about you within one maintenance cycle. Contact the owner for data requests.
